Seacoast Capital Announces Investment in Aarista
BOSTON, August 19, 2026 — Seacoast Capital (“Seacoast”), a lower-middle market non-control growth capital investor, announced today its recent investment in Aarista (“Aarista” or the “Company”) in support of a balance sheet recapitalization.
Aarista, headquartered in Bellingham, WA is a technology-powered primary care delivery platform with a vertically integrated model focused on managing clinical and financial risk in senior populations, particularly in post-acute and long-term care settings.
Seacoast provided Aarista with subordinated debt to support the recapitalization of certain of the Company’s existing indebtedness and provide working capital for its continued growth.
