Eben serves as a Senior Advisor to Seacoast, having co-founded the firm in 1994. Mr. Moulton had previously founded and was President of Signal Capital’s Merchant Banking Division, which successfully invested in buyout, growth and project financings. Prior to joining Signal in 1984, Mr. Moulton was a Vice President of Bank of New England where he was responsible for Project Finance. He also held various credit and commercial loan positions at the Bank of New England and was responsible for a major segment of the National Accounts Division.

Mr. Moulton received his undergraduate degree from Colorado College, a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt and his MBA in Finance from Columbia University. In addition to Seacoast portfolio board seats, he is a director of IEC Electronics Corp. (NASD: IECE) and Unitil Corporation (AMEX:UTL), and a trustee of Colorado College.
