All of the Seacoast partners have worked together successfully as an investment team since 1990. Prior to forming Seacoast in 1994, we managed a large pool of financial assets for Signal Capital Corporation.
Our management and professional backgrounds include investment banking, project finance, operations, consulting and accounting/control. These backgrounds provide the platform on which the group has added years of combined, direct investment experience. Since every principal will review any potential investment, the portfolio companies will benefit from the breadth and depth of experience of the entire Seacoast team.
