We invest in high quality U.S. businesses that are market leaders in our target industrial sectors of manufacturing, distribution, business services and industrial technologies. We look for companies in growing or fragmented industries with revenues in excess of $10 million and operating earnings in excess of $1.5 million. The investment opportunity may be an acquisition, management buyout or internal growth. We have a particular interest in companies located in underserved urban and rural markets. In all cases, we partner with managers who have proven track records and significant equity stakes.
